What to Expect
Your First Visit
We know that your first experience in a new office can be stressful. Here at Inspired, we want you to feel apart of our family, and show you what we are all about! Scroll down to learn more about us and getting started under care at Inspired!

Arrival & Paperwork
When you first arrive, you’ll be greeted and given paperwork to fill out. This generally takes about 15-20 minutes. You are welcome to fill this out beforehand and bring it in with you!

Consultation
During your consultation, our team will review your paperwork and health goals. We also will share information about nerve interference, what it is, and how chiropractic care can facilitate healing in your body. You’ll get to know more about what we do, the culture at Inspired, and how you can make empowered and informed decisions about your health moving forward.
Assessment
We use thorough assessment tools that will evaluate the location and severity of the nerve interference in your body to help us know where to start. We will perform a nerve assessment, as well as a muscle assessment, and both are incredibly non-invasive with no pricking or prodding. Evaluating both your nervous system and muscles allow us to discover where pressure and subluxations might be, but how serious they are.

X-Ray
While x-rays are not always necessary, this would be the final step of your initial visit. Seeing the structure gives Dr. Nicole a better idea of what’s going on with your health, and allows her to see if there are any limitations for your adjustments. We have an x-ray suite onsite, and the setup is simple, safe, and usually takes less than 10 minutes.
Second Visit: Report of Findings
Dr. Nicole takes time to sit down with you and thoroughly explain her findings, review your individual recommendations for care, and answer any questions you may have. We lead with transparency, so we will also discuss all financial questions and payment options moving forward during this visit as well.
The more information you have regarding your health, the more informed decisions you can make moving forward.
